We typically process orders within 1–3 business days. During peak times processing may take a little longer. All orders are prepared at our Edmonton facility located at 1436 62 Street Northwest, Edmonton, AB, T6L 1S8, Canada. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.
Rates and free shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over CAD75. For all other orders a flat shipping fee of CAD8.99 applies. Please note original shipping charges are non-refundable if you return items.

Once an order has been processed and handed to the carrier, estimated delivery windows are:
- Within Canada: 3–7 business days
- To the United States: 5–10 business days

Damaged or missing items
